You do not need to be enrolled in Takeda Oncology Here2Assist to access the Takeda Oncology Co-Pay Assistance Program. To enroll online, please see below to check your eligibility and request co-pay assistance.
Yes! You need to enroll in Takeda Oncology Here2Assist to determine if you’re eligible for the Takeda Oncology Patient Assistance Program based on your insurance. You can enroll online or download and print the Enrollment Form to fill out together with your doctor.
A Nurse Navigator will reach out after the enrollment is completed and may be able to help you figure out your eligibility for available support and services. Nurse Navigators can be reached by calling 1-844-817-6468, Option 2.

Coverage
Specialty pharmacies usually handle the delivery of medicine for complicated diseases that need more attention. They may also offer additional services such as helping you stay on schedule with your medicine, following up with your doctor, and providing information about financial assistance.
Medicare and Medicaid are both government health insurance programs, but they serve different groups. Before injecting MIMRYLO, it is important to know your dose. Your doctor will tell you the correct dose to take. Nurse Navigators can also inform you on dosing and injection technique to help you feel comfortable giving yourself shots or having a loved one help you. If you believe you received a damaged product or observe any product issues, do not use the medication. Please contact your specialty pharmacy or contact your doctor to request a medication replacement to be sent directly to you. You can find their contact information on your MIMRYLO™ (rusfertide) prescription label. It is important that you keep the original packaging to help with investigating any quality issues.
