There are 2 ways you can enroll. You may enroll online or print a form to fill out together with your doctor. If enrolling online, your doctor will be notified to sign the form and submit it digitally.

Start your treatment and connect with your Nurse Navigator

We’ll help get you started on your medication. Your prescription may be filled and shipped from select specialty pharmacies or available for pick up from your doctor’s office. A Nurse Navigator can help you learn more about self-administration process, increase your confidence in the process, and can answer questions you may have about self-injection.

Your Takeda Oncology Here2Assist® Nurse Navigator will help you with finding available financial assistance, determining insurance coverage, and connecting you to resources throughout your treatment journey. Your Nurse Navigator can also be available to provide one-on-one, personalized injection training to help you and your loved ones learn more about self-injection or care partner administration.

Sometimes called a benefits verification, this is done on your behalf to see if your insurance covers a specific medicine.

A pharmacy that handles specialty medications and other services for patients with rare and/or chronic diseases. Specialty drugs are often delivered directly to your home.
