Enrolling in Takeda Oncology Here2Assist® is simple
A Case Manager will call, text, or email your patient to welcome them to the Takeda Oncology Here2Assist Program and share key program information with them.
A Case Manager will work to complete a timely benefits investigation and communicate a summary of coverage to both you and your patient. Case Managers will also help support you when navigating the insurance approval process with prior authorizations, denials, and appeals.
Our goal is to help your patients get started on their treatment. A Case Manager will help by tracking any prior authorization or appeals you may need to submit to your patient’s insurance provider.
Based on your patient’s insurance coverage, a Case Manager can provide information on available support through the Takeda Oncology Co-Pay Assistance Program or the Takeda Oncology Patient Assistance Program.
Takeda Oncology Here2Assist works with your office to help identify specialty pharmacies or in-office dispensing options for fulfilling your patient’s prescription by connecting you with the specialty distributor for their specific treatment.
A Case Manager will conduct follow-ups with your patient on a regular basis and provide continuous support by offering:
